Training iCARE to facilitate NHS Graduate Scheme students this July
Graduates on the聽(GMTS) will attend a summer school in July to learn Insights into a Digitally Enabled, AI & Data-Driven Future for NHS Digital Health Transformation from a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, academics and industry partners.
The NHS GMTS is the biggest employer in Europe and has placements available across England to make a difference to the lives of millions of people and offer the opportunity to develop into a future leader.

The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme recruits 250 students each year across six thematic streams: general management, finance, HR, health informatics, health analysis, and finally policy and strategy, which Mayer facilitates through the .

The approximately 30 GMTS policy and strategy students will mainly be hosted at the iCARE Secure Data environment & Digital Collaboration Space in the heart of Paddington, North West London.
, which sits across Imperial College London and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, is a multi-disciplinary research team and secure data environment containing health data for 2.8 million people in North West London and beyond. It is part of聽聽鈥� a cluster of health research and data businesses based around St Mary鈥檚 Hospital who are partnering with local communities and stakeholders to improve health and drive economic growth for all.

The Digital Health summer school program includes talks by iCARE visiting fellow Guillaume Rousson and聽PhD researcher James Beveridge.
The GMTS students will also be hearing from Paddington Life Sciences partners Optum on integrated neighbourhoods for better patient outcomes, and Microsoft on the potential for GenAI in healthcare.
Finally, the program also consists of two site visits.聽IQVIA聽will host the students at their office to share insight on shaping health systems with data-driven learning.
At the聽聽offices, the students will learn about modern data platform architecture, alongside partners聽听补苍诲听.
